How does it work?
1) Consultation call
It all begins with a free consultation call in which I get an idea of your background, your current relationship with nutrition, and overall mindset as well as going over any questions you have for me and go over any investment options that work best with you. Once all that is taken care of, I will send you my availability to book out your 1:1 calls with me. Our first call we will implement plans, goals, and how to execute.
2) Weekly check-ins
At the end of each week I will be sending you a form in which you fill out your overall mindset, health changes, and so much more. I will thoroughly review it and send you weekly check-in’s at the beginning of the following week through a video messaging tool. Any changes that are to be implemented I will let you know through that so you’re ready for the new week!
3) Constant support
You will have messaging, video, and voice support access 24/7 to me. This is where you can ask me questions or brain dump your thoughts or struggles you’re facing for the day/week. This is how I will help keep you accountable and guide you through any obstacle. The more you utilize this tool, the more you will get out of my program becuase I know exactly how to help support you and provide you with any additional tools if needed.

My coaching style is heavy on accountability because I genuinely want to dig deeper than showing you some workouts and calculated numbers for food to eat. I want to ensure you leave my program feeling so empowered and in control of your mind. My goal is to make you forget that numbers determine your health.
